Surfers Paradise

The balconies of this older unit complex required reinforcing with structural steel as they were deemed unsafe to occupy.  Working closely with the builder and the engineer we were able to come up with a structurally sound solution to support the balconies.  These beams would later be encased for aesthetic purposes and galvanized steel posts were installed to replace the acro props.
